The Housing 101 Workbook provides a variety of background information on

helps explain housing needs in East King County; information on existing
housing supply; accomplishments toward achieving overall and affordable
housing goals; approaches cities have used over the last 10 years to
increase the diversity and affordability of housing in East King County;
the organizations that create affordable housing and how they fund
affordable housing; and thoughts on recent trends and approaches to
further local efforts.
